Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. In cases with orders over the value of £50, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.

We currently do not ship to: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe..We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Print Loom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
Print Loom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however are able to support customers in the case of missing shipments through our customer support services. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
